• Minimum 3-5 years of real estate sales experience in Dubai managerial experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of Dubai s real estate market developers and property laws
• Excellent leadership communication and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to build and manage high-performing teams RERA certification preferred or must be obtained within probation
• Proficient in CRM software Microsoft Office and digital sales tools
• Self-motivated target-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
