Key Responsibilities:
Support organizational growth by planning workforce requirements for ongoing and upcoming projects.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical, engineering, and support staff.
Coordinate with project management to fulfil manpower requirements.
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
Identify training and development needs.
Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems.
Manage payroll coordination, salary structures, and benefits administration.
Ensure adherence to UAE labor laws and regulations.
Handle disciplinary actions and legal matters related to HR.
Promote leadership development and succession planning.
Oversee visa processing, labor contracts, and employee licensing.
Coordinate with PROs for government-related processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 10 years of HR experience.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle a diverse workforce and high-pressure environment.
Excellent knowledge of ERP Systems such as Odoo.
