Key Responsibilities
Lead and support Oracle Fusion implementation and optimization projects
Configure and manage Oracle Fusion modules across Finance, SCM, and HCM domains
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
Design and implement scalable and efficient Oracle Cloud solutions
Manage integrations using PaaS, OCI, and related technologies
Perform system testing, deployment, and post-implementation support
Ensure best practices in Oracle Cloud architecture and performance
Provide documentation, user training, and knowledge transfer
Requirements & Qualifications
Proven experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations
Expertise in one or more domains:
Finance (all modules)
SCM (Procurement, Inventory)
HCM (Core HR, Absence, Payroll, ORC)
Technical (PaaS, OCI, integrations)
Strong techno-functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion applications
Experience in end-to-end project lifecycle delivery
Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Finance, or related field
Oracle certifications are highly preferred for professional development
Immediate joiners are strongly preferred
