Job Title: Bar Manager
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field
5–6 years of experience in bar operations, with strong exposure to UAE hospitality industry
Experience in fast-paced restaurant, hotel, or nightlife environments in the UAE is mandatory
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of beverage operations, bar management, and mixology standards
Good understanding of UAE hospitality market, customer preferences, and service trends
Ability to manage bar inventory, cost control, and supplier coordination
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
UAE-based candidates with relevant experience are required
Candidates with experience in fast-paced hospitality environments in the UAE are preferred.
