We’re seeking a dynamic Campaign Manager to lead strategic marketing and communications campaigns that elevate Richmond’s brand, drive growth, and foster meaningful engagement with both local and international high-net-worth investors. You will directly impact lead generation, performance marketing, and sales enablement across our active and upcoming real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital (social media, email, PPC), print, events, and strategic partnerships.
Collaborate with sales, and senior leadership to align messaging and maximize impact.
Lead property launch campaigns—especially for ultra-luxury, off-plan, and smart-tech-enabled homes.
Manage timeline, budgets, vendor relationships (design, media, production), ensuring delivery excellence.
Track campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, CRM dashboards), producing actionable insights and ROI reporting.
Maintain consistency in messaging, branding, and tone across all channels.
Stay ahead of local and global real estate marketing trends—especially around smart homes, new infrastructure (e.g., Blue Line Metro), and investor behaviors.
Your Profile:
Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager (Conversion & Lead Gen objectives)
Solid background in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) campaign strategy & management
Good understanding of performance funnels, UTM tracking, and retargeting systems
Prior experience in CRM systems, lead automation, and WhatsApp/Email nurturing tools
Ability to manage campaign budgets, perform A/B testing, and optimize for Cost per Lead (CPL)
Domain experience in real estate, especially in Dubai, is highly preferred
Familiarity with GA4, Hubspot, Zapier, Meta Pixel & Conversion API, and campaign reporting dashboards
