Finance Manager
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :
• Prepare consolidated financial statements, annual budgets, and rolling cash flow forecasts
• Manage project-level cost tracking and reporting for all active developments and builds
• Oversee payroll processing, invoice approvals, and payment runs for both group entities
• Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations, VAT filings, and statutory obligations
• Coordinate with external auditors, banking partners, and financial institutions
• Develop and maintain financial feasibility models to support new project acquisitions
• Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team to highest performance standards
Requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• CPA, ACCA, or CMA professional qualification (required)
• Minimum 8 years of financial management experience in real estate or construction
• Strong expertise in project accounting, cost control, and cash flow management
• Proficiency in ERP accounting systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and executive-level reporting skills
