Project Manager – Microsoft Tenant Separation & Microsoft 365 Migration

Key Responsibilities
Lead full project lifecycle including planning, execution, cutover, and closure
Manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations
Oversee Microsoft 365 tenant migration including users, data, and system integrations
Coordinate with system integrators, technical teams, and business stakeholders
Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change control processes
Ensure smooth execution of cloud, hybrid, and on-premise environments
Provide regular project status reports and executive updates
Ensure compliance with project governance and IT standards

Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
10+ years of IT project management experience
Proven experience in Microsoft 365 tenant migration projects
Strong background in cloud, on-premise, and hybrid IT environments
Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem and enterprise IT infrastructure
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and reporting skills
PMP or PRINCE2 certification (mandatory)
Microsoft certifications preferred
Must be an Omani national (mandatory requirement)

Average Market Salary (Estimated):
OMR 2,500 – OMR 4,000 per month (based on senior IT project management standards in Oman and Microsoft enterprise project complexity)
