Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Diploma in a relevant Field 2 to 3 Years of Experience in the Exchange house sector is a must.
• Excellent Communication Skills
Responsibilities :
• Conduct prospecting for new business opportunities within designated territories or accounts.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the organisation.
• Collect and analyse market and customer data to accurately identify client needs.
• Address customer inquiries and effectively resolve objections to facilitate transactions.
• Evaluate client requirements and present appropriate products, services, and solutions.
• Create and maintain comprehensive customer relationship management records.
• Participate in collaborative team objectives.
