Key Responsibilities:
– Draft, review, and manage contracts and agreements
– Support negotiations with vendors, suppliers, and partners
– Maintain accurate and organized contract documentation
– Ensure compliance with legal, financial, and organizational requirements
– Monitor contract performance and deliverables
– Identify risks and provide recommendations
– Coordinate with procurement, legal, and project teams
Requirements:
– 5–8 years of experience in Construction Contract Administration (preferably in KSA)
– Strong understanding of contract terms, risk management, and compliance
– Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
– Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
– Proficiency in MS Office and contract management tools
– Required for immediate joining
