Key Responsibilities:
Supervise on-site utility works including water, sewer, and stormwater systems
Ensure all work is executed according to approved drawings and safety regulations
Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and subcontractors for smooth project execution
Monitor daily site progress and address technical or operational issues promptly
Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with project specifications
Prepare site reports and maintain proper documentation of work activities
Support project timelines by ensuring efficient resource and task management
Requirements & Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in infrastructure or road projects
Prior experience in RTA or similar government infrastructure projects preferred
Strong knowledge of utility systems and site supervision practices
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Good communication and coordination skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Average Market Salary (Estimated):
AED 6,000 – AED 9,000 per month (based on UAE infrastructure project standards and experience level)
