Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Fintech and Financial Services market
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
• Schedule and attend client meetings independently
• Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demos
• Understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions
• Negotiate commercial terms and close high-value deals
• Develop long-term relationships with clients
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding
• Represent the company at industry events and networking forums
• Contribute to overall sales strategy and growth planning
• Provide regular performance reports to management
Requirements:
• Proven end-to-end Business Development experience
• Strong closing and negotiation skills
• Experience in Fintech or Financial Services preferred
• Ability to work independently in a startup environment
• Target-driven and performance-focused mindset
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-oriented
