Requirements & Qualifications :
• Proven experience as a Dozer Operator in dredging and marine construction projects
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in marine, coastal, or dredging works.
• Valid heavy equipment operator license or certification.
• Experience working with reclaimed land, dredged material, and marine soil conditions
• Strong understanding of safety practices in marine and dredging environments.
• Ability to work long hours, shifts, and in harsh weather conditions when required.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
