Requirements:
Assist the Head Pastry Chef in daily operations of the pastry section
Prepare and execute pastries, desserts, breads, and confectionery items to high standards
Supervise and train junior pastry chefs and kitchen assistants
Ensure quality, consistency, and presentation of all pastry products
Manage inventory, ingredients, and ordering to minimize wastage and control costs
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the pastry section
Support menu development and seasonal dessert innovations
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations
