Key Responsibilities:
Support instructors in planning and executing training activities
Prepare training environments, scenarios, and student rosters
Conduct daily system checks, testing, and calibrations
Operate training systems during scheduled sessions
Support post-training reviews and feedback sessions
Prepare, test, and maintain simulated equipment and weapons
Provide orientation and familiarization briefings to trainees and visitors
Perform basic preventative maintenance and troubleshooting
Maintain logs, checklists, and required documentation
Provide operational coverage during absences, emergencies, or high-demand periods
Requirement :
Bachelor’s degree
Completion of required training and certifications
Experience in a shooting range or training environment (preferred)
Strong technical aptitude and operational awareness
Ability to follow structured/military-style protocols and procedures
Willingness to participate in periodic evaluations and refresher training
Ability to work full-time on-site during normal operating hours
