Groups & MICE Manager (Department Head)
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate / MBA / Management Post Graduates (Hospitality / Tourism / Travel preferred)
8–12 years of experience in the travel, tourism, or MICE industry
Proven experience managing teams in a DMC (Destination Management Company) or similar environment
Strong track record of business growth and P&L management
Requirements:
In-depth knowledge of MICE operations, group travel planning, and event management
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and organizational skills
Ability to perform under high-pressure and fast-paced environments
Hands-on experience in planning, executing, and managing group tours and events
Strong analytical skills to monitor departmental performance and profitability
Proficiency in industry tools, CRM, and travel management software
