Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate in any discipline
2–3 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, and employee management
Requirements:
Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices
Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement
Familiarity with HR software (HRIS, payroll systems)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle employee queries and maintain confidentiality
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
