Key Responsibilities:
NOC CAD Draftsman / Officer – Dubai, UAE
• Preparation of road, utility, and landscape CAD drawings
• Handling NOC closeout documentation
• Managing submissions through government portals
• Ensuring compliance with DEWA, Dubai Municipality, and RTA standards
• Supporting authority coordination and revisions
Interior Fit-Out CAD Draftsman – Ras Al Khaimah, UAE
• Development of detailed fit-out drawings
• Preparation of shop drawings and layouts
• Coordination with design and execution teams
• Ensuring drawing accuracy and constructability
Joinery CAD Draftsman – Dubai, UAE
• Creation of joinery and millwork drawings
• Preparation of fabrication-ready documentation
• Collaboration with production and site teams
• Maintaining detailing precision and standards
Senior Architectural BIM Modeler – Remote (2-Month Contract)
• Development of architectural BIM models
• Production of coordinated BIM deliverables
• Ensuring adherence to BIM standards and workflows
• Supporting design coordination and clash resolution
Requirements & Qualifications
• Relevant diploma or degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Drafting
• Minimum 5–10 years of professional experience (CAD roles)
• Recent UAE experience preferred for on-site positions
• Strong AutoCAD proficiency
• Experience in hotels / high-end fit-out projects (where applicable)
• Knowledge of authority standards (DEWA, Dubai Municipality, RTA)
• Ability to manage submissions via government portals
• Immediate availability preferred
Remote BIM Role Additional Requirements
• Advanced BIM modeling expertise
• Ability to work in UAE / Qatar time zone
• Personal workstation required
• Strong understanding of BIM coordination workflows
