Key Responsibilities
-Orchestrate end-to-end fit-out project execution — from kickoff to handover
-Translate drawings & specifications into flawless on-site delivery
-Keep timelines sharp, budgets controlled, and resources optimized
-Build strong collaboration with clients, consultants & subcontractors
-Champion safety, quality, and compliance through regular site checks
-Lead teams, track milestones, and deliver clear progress insights
Qualifications
-Bachelor’s in Architecture or Civil Engineering
-5–10 years of fit-out project leadership experience in UAE
-Strong command of finishes, fit-out practices & MEP coordination
-Proven planning, execution & stakeholder management skills
-Confident leadership, communication & problem-solving mindset
-Fluency in English (Urdu/Hindi is a plus)
-SOE membership is an advantage
-Valid UAE Driving License
