Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Hospitality, English, or a related field
2–5 years of experience in technical writing within the food & beverage (F&B) industry
Experience documenting recipes, SOPs, manuals, and technical specifications
Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain F&B technical documentation including recipes, SOPs, manuals, and training materials
Collaborate with chefs, quality assurance, production, and operations teams to gather accurate information
Standardize documentation formats and ensure compliance with company policies and F&B standards
Review and update documents as processes, recipes, or regulations change
Assist in training staff by providing clear and concise instructional materials
Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and accessible to relevant teams
