Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism
Answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently
Manage office schedules, appointments, and calendar coordination
Maintain accurate records, files, and databases
Support HR with administrative documentation and onboarding processes
Assist in organizing meetings, workshops, and company events
Provide general administrative support to all departments as required

Requirements & Qualifications:
Education
High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or office support role
