HR Officer
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• 5 to 7 years of proven experience in HR operations
• Fluency in Chinese – Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) is mandatory
• Applicants must be of non-Chinese nationality
• Strong understanding of Chinese HR systems, structures, and corporate practices
• Preferred nationalities include Malaysian, Singaporean, or Vietnamese candidates
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management
• Coordinate closely with the Chinese head office regarding HR policies, reporting, and system implementation
• Handle employee relations matters, visa processing, and provide payroll coordination support
• Ensure HR policies are implemented in compliance with UAE labor law while adhering to Chinese corporate standards
• Provide HR support to Chinese expatriate employees as well as local management teams
