Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Applications (BCA) preferred
Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSA, MS Office Specialist) required
1–2 years of relevant IT support experience
Immediate joiners preferred
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking, and troubleshooting
Experience in hardware and software installation, maintenance, and support
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle multiple support requests efficiently
