Strong knowledge of cost estimation principles, tender preparation, and bid analysis
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and BOQs
Familiarity with UAE construction codes, standards, and local authority approvals
Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
Immediate / short notice availability preferred
