Coordinator – Quick Commerce
Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily Q-Commerce operations to ensure fast and accurate deliveries
Monitor order fulfillment, delivery status, and operational KPIs
Communicate with drivers, warehouse staff, and customer service teams
Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest process improvements
Handle customer inquiries or issues escalated by the team
Prepare reports on operational performance, delays, and service levels
Support planning for routes, staffing, and delivery scheduling
