Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma / Certificate in Phlebotomy, Medical Laboratory Technology, or Nursing
1–3 years of experience in clinical or hospital settings
Experience in blood collection, sample handling, and patient care
Requirements:
Proficient in venipuncture and capillary blood collection techniques
Knowledge of laboratory safety protocols, infection control, and sample labeling
Ability to handle patients with professionalism, empathy, and care
Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and laboratory information systems is a plus
Good communication and interpersonal skills
