Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education, Psychology, or Education
Teaching certification in Special Education is highly preferred
2–5 years of experience teaching children with special educational needs
Experience with students having learning disabilities, autism, ADHD, or other learning challenges
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of SEN teaching strategies, individualized education plans (IEPs), and classroom management
Ability to assess student needs and develop personalized learning programs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, empathy, and the ability to motivate students
Familiarity with assistive technology and educational tools for SEN students
