Job Title: Finishing Foreman
Salary: SAR 4,500 – 7,000 per month
Qualifications & Experience:
ITI / Vocational / Diploma in Civil or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in finishing works
Experience in residential, commercial, or high-rise construction projects preferred
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of finishing activities such as plastering, tiling, painting, gypsum, flooring, and fit-out works
Ability to read and understand construction drawings
Strong team supervision and manpower handling skills
Knowledge of quality standards and site safety procedures
Good communication and coordination skills
