Key Responsibilities
• Prepare civil and structural shop drawings
• Develop as-built drawings and coordination drawings
• Interpret engineering designs, specifications, and technical requirements
• Ensure drawings comply with UAE regulations and standards
• Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and project teams
• Revise drawings based on project updates and site conditions
• Maintain accurate and organized drafting documentation

Requirements & Qualifications:
Education
Diploma or Technical Certification in Civil Engineering, Structural Drafting, or related discipline
Experience
Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in civil and structural drafting

Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of AutoCAD (Mandatory)
Revit knowledge is an advantage
Expertise in structural shop drawings and documentation
Understanding of coordination drawings and drafting workflows

Regulatory Knowledge:
Familiarity with UAE authority regulations and standards

Core Competencies:
High attention to detail and drawing accuracy
Strong coordination and communication skills
Ability to work with engineering and site teams
Organized documentation and revision management skills

Salary, Benefits & Career Growth:
Average Market Salary (Estimated):
AED 5,500 – AED 9,500 per month (Depending on Experience & Software Proficiency)
