Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma / Graduate in Computer Science, IT, or related field
Minimum 6+ years of experience in desktop support or IT support roles
Immediate joiners preferred
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, and common desktop applications
Experience with hardware troubleshooting and peripheral devices
Knowledge of networking fundamentals (LAN, VPN, TCP/IP)
Ability to install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop systems
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple support tickets
