Key Responsibilities
• Manage procurement of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting materials
• Identify, evaluate, and coordinate with approved suppliers and vendors
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and authority requirements
• Support cost analysis, vendor negotiations, and procurement planning
• Coordinate with engineering, project, and site execution teams
• Monitor material delivery schedules and procurement timelines
• Maintain procurement documentation and reporting processes
• Resolve supply chain and vendor-related challenges

Requirements & Qualifications:
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline

Experience
Minimum 5 years UAE experience in high-rise building projects (Mandatory)
Proven experience in MEP procurement within contracting environments

Technical Expertise
HVAC systems procurement
Electrical systems procurement
Plumbing systems procurement
Fire Fighting systems procurement

Regulatory Knowledge
Familiarity with Dubai authority requirements, including:
Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA)
Dubai Civil Defence (DCD)
Dubai Municipality (DM)

Core Competencies
Strong supplier network within Dubai market
Negotiation and vendor management skills
Cross-functional coordination abilities

Salary, Benefits & Career Growth
Average Market Salary (Estimated):
AED 10,000 – AED 18,000 per month
