Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant discipline.
• A minimum of 2 years’ proven experience working as a Secretary or Receptionist within the UAE.
• Practical knowledge and hands-on experience dealing with DMCC regulations and related administrative procedures.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, along with efficient email management skills.
• Highly organized, presentable, and capable of maintaining confidentiality while handling sensitive company information..
