Key Responsibilities
• Manage infrastructure operations across on-premises and cloud environments
• Oversee data center performance, uptime, and reliability
• Administer Windows and Linux servers, including patching and hardening
• Manage VMware and Hyper-V virtualization platforms
• Support Microsoft Azure and Office 365 environments
• Maintain Active Directory, Group Policies, and identity services
• Implement Backup & Disaster Recovery solutions (Veeam, Acronis)
• Perform network administration across Cisco, LAN/WAN/VLAN
• Enforce cybersecurity best practices and risk mitigation controls
• Monitor system performance and implement optimization strategies
• Coordinate with vendors and technical stakeholders
• Follow ITIL processes for incident, change, and problem management
Requirements & Qualifications
• Strong hands-on experience in enterprise IT infrastructure
• Expertise in data centers, servers, virtualization, cloud services, and networking
• Advanced troubleshooting skills across complex environments
• Experience with Windows & Linux Server Administration
• Experience with VMware / Hyper-V virtualization
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure & Office 365
• Experience with Backup & Disaster Recovery frameworks
• Network administration skills (Cisco, LAN/WAN/VLAN)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Relevant certifications (Microsoft, VMware, Cisco, ITIL) are advantageous
