Executive Assistant
Job Location : UAE
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver comprehensive administrative support to senior executives
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
• Prepare reports, presentations, and official correspondence
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Organize documentation and maintain filing systems
• Support ongoing projects and ensure timely follow-ups
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
• Proven experience supporting senior management or executive leadership
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Professional, presentable, and detail-oriented
• UAE work experience preferred
