Job Position – Sales Operations Manager
Availability: Immediate Joiner Preferred – Arabic-speaking candidate required!

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage day-to-day sales operations and RFQ processes.
Develop and implement sales performance tracking systems.
Coordinate with sales, procurement, finance, and logistics teams.
Monitor KPIs, forecasting, and pipeline reporting.
Improve CRM/ERP utilization and reporting accuracy.
Support tendering, bidding, and contract management processes.
Ensure compliance with Oil & Gas industry standards and client requirements.
Requirements:
7–10+ years of experience in Sales Operations (Oil & Gas mandatory)
Strong exposure to RFQs, tenders & major clients (ADNOC experience is a plus).
Solid understanding of commercial & contractual processes.
Strong analytical, leadership & communication skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines.
