Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of complex banking programs and transformation initiatives
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Manage cross-functional, distributed, and multi-vendor teams
Implement Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery methodologies
Oversee governance frameworks, risk management, and compliance standards
Provide executive-level reporting and stakeholder engagement
Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks
Drive process optimization and operational efficiency initiatives
Align project outcomes with strategic business objectives
Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices
Requirements & Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or related field
Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred
Experience:
20+ years of project and program management experience
Extensive experience in banking or financial services
Proven track record of delivering high-value, enterprise-scale initiatives
Certifications (Preferred):
PMP (Project Management Professional)
PRINCE2
Agile / SAFe certifications
ITIL (if applicable)
Technical & Professional Skills:
Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
Strong risk management and governance experience
Budgeting and financial control expertise
Stakeholder and executive communication management
Vendor and contract management
Soft Skills:
Strategic leadership and decision-making
Executive presence and communication

Average Market Salary (Estimated):
AED 45,000 – 60,000 per month
OR
AED 540,000 – 720,000 annually (Senior Banking Project Manager – UAE Market, 20+ Years Experience)
