Job Title: Resort Director
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate / MBA / Management Post Graduates (Hospitality, Hotel Management, or Business Administration preferred)
10+ years of experience in hotel or resort management, with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of hospitality operations, guest services, and resort management
Proven leadership and team management skills
Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to ensure high standards of service, quality, and compliance
Responsibilities:
Oversee all resort operations including front office, F&B, housekeeping, and guest services
Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction
Manage budgets, financial reporting, and cost control initiatives
Lead, mentor, and motivate department heads and staff
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards
Build and maintain relationships with guests, partners, and stakeholders
Monitor market trends and implement competitive strategies
