Job Title: Senior & Lead Business Analyst
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate / Engineering Graduates/PG / MBA / Management Post Graduates (Business Administration, IT, or related field)
5–10 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or project management
Experience in leading BA teams and managing complex projects
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies and tools (BRD, FRD, Use Cases, Process Flows)
Experience with stakeholder management, requirement elicitation, and solution design
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project methodologies
Proficiency in MS Office, JIRA, Confluence, or other BA tools
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Responsibilities:
Lead business analysis activities for multiple projects or programs
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
Develop functional specifications, process flows, and solution documentation
Coordinate with technical teams to ensure alignment with business needs
Mentor and guide junior business analysts
Conduct gap analysis, risk assessment, and recommend process improvements
Ensure timely delivery of business requirements and documentation
