This is a full-time on-site Special Needs Teacher role at TDCC located in Abu Dhabi. The Special Needs Teacher will work closely with children, parents, and schools to provide educational, academic, behavioral, and developmental support. Day-to-day tasks include implementing individualized education plans, facilitating learning activities, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the holistic development of each child.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, General Education, Psychology, Social Work, Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) or related field (Master’s degree preferred);
– With at least 3-5 years’ experience in working with children with diverse needs and abilities;
– Disabilities, Special Education, and Early Childhood teaching skills
Effective communication skills;
– Knowledge of developmental psychology and educational strategies;
– Ability to create and implement individualized education plans;
– Strong organizational and time management skills;
– Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with children:
– With equivalency report / degree equivalency certificate from the UAE Ministry of Education a must;
– With attested degree certificate from the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) a must;
– The candidate should be currently based in the UAE and willing to relocate and work in Abu Dhabi.
