Requirements:
Strong knowledge of hotel booking systems (PMS) and online travel portals
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead, train, and motivate a reservations team
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Responsibilities:
Supervise daily reservation operations and ensure smooth workflow
Manage and train reservation staff, monitoring performance and productivity
Handle complex reservations, group bookings, and special requests
Coordinate with front office, sales, and revenue management teams
Maintain accurate records and reports of bookings, cancellations, and revenue
Monitor room inventory and pricing to optimize occupancy and revenue
Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and service quality
