Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate / Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or related field
Minimum 3–6 years of experience in executive support, office management, or operations coordination
Experience in supporting senior management and handling operational tasks
Requirements:
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management tools
Ability to manage schedules, meetings, and correspondence efficiently
Knowledge of office procedures, documentation, and reporting
Problem-solving and decision-making capability
