Job Title: Scrum Master – Arabic Speakers Only – Telecom Domain
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate / Engineering Graduates/PG (IT / Computer Science / Telecommunications preferred)
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification
5–10 years of overall experience in IT/Telecom domain
Experience in Telecom projects
Requirements:
Native or fluent Arabic speaker (mandatory)
Strong understanding of Agile & Scrum framework
Experience handling cross-functional telecom teams
Familiarity with telecom systems (OSS/BSS, CRM, Billing, Network projects, etc.)
Experience with Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, etc.)
Excellent stakeholder communication skills
