Salary: AED 4,000 – 4,500 + commission & full benefits as per UAE Labour Law

Description:
We’re looking for a Retail Sales Representative to join our team and work across various mall kiosk branches in Dubai. This role is perfect for outgoing, customer-focused individuals who thrive in a fast-paced retail setting and feel confident engaging with customers at different locations.
The chosen candidate will be in charge of boosting sales, providing top-notch customer service, and helping with daily retail tasks, all while representing the brand with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer interactions and promote products at mall kiosk branches
• Deliver strong sales performance through effective communication and product knowledge
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive customer relationships
• Support daily retail operations and reporting requirements
• Work flexibly across various locations in Dubai as assigned
Requirements:
• Willingness to work flexible schedules and rotate between different locations
• Proven background in retail sales and customer service
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, Outlook, CRM systems, and helpdesk or ticketing platforms
• Arabic language skills are preferred
• Priority will be given to candidates currently on tourist or cancelled visas
