Job Title: Showroom Salesman / Supervisor
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in showroom sales or retail, preferably in automotive, electronics, or luxury products
Supervisory experience is a plus for the supervisor role
Requirements:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to manage and motivate a sales team (for supervisor role)
Knowledge of sales techniques, retail operations, and inventory management
Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude
Target-driven with ability to achieve sales goals
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM systems is a plus
