Provide expert advice on market conditions, prices, and property features.
Conduct property viewings and facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.
Develop and maintain a network of contacts to generate new sales opportunities.
Prepare and review sales agreements and documentation.
Stay updated on local real estate market trends and legal regulations.
