Assistant Sales Manager
Job Location : UAE
Key responsibilities :
• Assist in developing and executing effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
• Coordinate daily sales operations, including quotations, order follow-ups, and reporting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Support price negotiations and deal closures, and conduct market research for new opportunities.
• Supervise and mentor sales team members to ensure performance excellence.
• Participate in trade exhibitions, events, and promotional activities to enhance business visibility.
Qualifications & Experience :
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–6 years of sales experience, preferably in trading or printing materials.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
• Valid UAE Driving Licence is mandatory.
