Premium Solutions Consultancy is seeking a Senior-level ITSM Consultant for a Qatar-based role. The position requires a seasoned professional with a strong consultancy background in ISO 20000 / ITSM, capable of leading end-to-end implementations and acting as a trusted advisor and brand representative for client engagements.
Job Title: Senior ITSM Consultant (ISO 20000)
Responsibilities:
• Lead and successfully implement end-to-end ITSM (ISO 20000) projects
• Establish and manage risk management frameworks aligned with client-specific requirements
• Conduct risk-based Information Systems audits
• Review, enhance, and finalize project-level ITSM documentation and obtain client sign-off
• Manage and strengthen client relationships throughout project lifecycles
• Present findings, deliver reports, and conduct professional consultancy services
Requirements:
• 5–7 years of relevant experience only in ITSM / ISO 20000 with a consultancy background
• Proven track record of handling 11+ end-to-end ITSM implementations
• ISO 20000 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor certification (mandatory)
• ITIL certification is an added advantage
• Strong English communication and presentation skills
• Ability to represent the company brand professionally with clients
• Availability: Immediate to maximum 30 days
Salary Range:
• QAR 13,000 – 17,000 per month (all-inclusive), depending on candidate profile
