Barista
Qualifications & Experience:
High School / Diploma; Certificate in Barista Training or Hospitality preferred
0–3 years of experience in coffee preparation, café, or hospitality environment
Experience in specialty coffee or high-volume cafés is an advantage
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to standard recipes
Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area and equipment
Provide excellent customer service and assist guests with their orders
Handle inventory of coffee beans, milk, and other café supplies
Follow food safety and beverage preparation standards
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth café operations
