Job Position – Sales Engineer

Office Location: Jebel Ali, Dubai
Working Hours:
-Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
-Saturday: Half day
Salary: Based on candidate experience
Company Car: Provided
Petrol Allowance: Provided

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the fire fighting systems market
Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and key stakeholders
Generate leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively
Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical consultations
Technical Expertise & Solutions
Provide expert guidance on fire alarm systems, sprinklers, suppression systems, and fire extinguishers
Understand customer requirements and propose tailored fire protection solutions
Ensure solutions comply with NFPA, EN, and local fire safety regulations
Customer Support & Project Coordination
Provide pre-sales technical support and post-sales follow-up
Coordinate with internal teams (project managers, engineers) to ensure smooth execution and delivery

Market Insights & Reporting:
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new technologies
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management

Candidate Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Fire Safety or related field)

Experience:
Minimum 2+ years as a Sales Engineer / Business Development Engineer
Experience in fire protection or fire safety industry (mandatory)

Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of fire fighting systems and safety standards
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to clients
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools

Additional Requirements:
Valid UAE driving license
Willingness to travel
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
