Job Title:
QA/QC Engineer – Infrastructure Projects
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
5–10 years of experience as a QA/QC Engineer in infrastructure projects
Experience in roads, bridges, utilities, pipelines, drainage, or large-scale civil works
Knowledge of international standards, specifications, and quality procedures
Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain the project Quality Management System (QMS)
Conduct inspections and quality checks for infrastructure construction activities
Review and approve material submittals, method statements, and inspection test plans (ITPs)
Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards
Identify non-conformities and ensure corrective and preventive actions
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams on quality issues
Maintain quality documentation, reports, and records
Support audits, inspections, and quality reviews
Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures and infrastructure construction standards
Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and codes
Excellent documentation, reporting, and analytical skills
