Administration Manager
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
5–10 years of experience in administration or office management
Experience in managing office operations, HR coordination, and support functions
Familiarity with UAE labor laws, policies, and organizational procedures is preferred
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the organization
Manage office facilities, supplies, and equipment to ensure smooth functioning
Supervise administrative staff and coordinate team activities
Develop and implement office policies, procedures, and systems
Handle correspondence, records, and documentation management
Coordinate with HR for staff onboarding, payroll, and compliance
Monitor budgets, expenses, and vendor contracts for administrative services
Ensure compliance with company policies, UAE labor laws, and safety regulations
